4: The four most important things you learned while researching this topic.
The four most important things i learned while researching CPR migration was,
1:that immigration after the CPR was made it peaked about 10 years later instead of directly after it was made.
2: That Chinese immigrants often spent there money on trying to stay in Canada but did not get payed enough while working on the railroad to stay in Canada.
3:The migration to Canada peaked in 1910 with over 100,000 people immigrating to Canada.
4:The CP(company who created CPR) also set up hotels along stops of the Canadian Pacific Railway so that tourists would be tempted to start living in Canada.
3:Things you felt proud of during the fair
Three things i felt proud of during the fair are,
1:All the judges that saw me said i have an excellent connection to my topic.
2:My poster was appealing to some judges.
3:I felt that my poster was good and that my speech was good.
2:Two specific researching or presentation techniques that were helpful to make your project so wonderful.
Two specific researching or presentation techniques that were helpful to making my project so wonderful are,
1:Researching the website CPR our history helped my presentation because it gave me the most information about my topic.
2:A presentation technique that helped me was to give eye contact to people so they didn't think i was boring and dull they thought i was trying to talk to them so they didn't want to leave.
1:One suggestion to make the History Fair even better in the future.
One suggestion i have for future history fairs ishave different judges and more judges because not everybodies poster got viewed as much as others and i think that there should be more planning time on the topics of your project.
